Booking Deposits

All Clinical Treatments, Massage, Facials and Lash Extensions require a non refundable $30 deposit.This will come off the total price on the day of treatment. 


All new Cosmetic Tattooing appointments will require a $200 deposit that will come off the total price on the day. 


Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

For a long time, The Beauty Bar didn’t have a cancellation and rescheduling policy, but recently a few people seem to have forgotten their manners, so I have needed to instigate one. When a client cancels without giving enough notice it enormously disadvantages The Beauty Bar and prevents other clients from having an appointment, so I thought 48 hours notice is a win/win for all. When making an appointment please be sure that this time is a convenient time for yourself.


I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking and emergencies arise. I kindly request 24 hours notice so that I can offer that time slot to another client. By providing that notice, your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. You may however, send a friend or family member in your place. If you don’t provide The Beauty Bar with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you don’t show up or don’t give enough notice please expect that The Beauty Bar will require a non-refundable pre-payment of your next appointment before booking.


Lateness Policy

Your appointment is your time, set aside specifically for you. To get the most out of your appointment please arrive on time. If you are late to your appointment I will not run it late overtime into someone else's appointed time. It will potentially shorten your treatment time to accommodate the next guest. Standard booking fees will still apply.
